Google API disclosure

Limited Use compliance statement

The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

The use of raw or derived user data received from Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

PharmOS does not use Google user data to train, create, or improve generalized or foundational machine-learning or artificial-intelligence models. We do not transfer Google user data to third-party AI services.

What we access and why

PharmOS lets Australian pharmacists send invoice PDFs from their own Gmail address. The production-ready feature requires sending a MIME message with a PDF attachment. Google does not offer a narrower Gmail scope than https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send for that action. We also request openid and email so we can display and use the connected Gmail address as the From address.

We do not request Gmail read, modify, or settings scopes. We do not use Google Drive, Calendar, Contacts, or Photos APIs.

AI features and Google data

Optional CPD helpers call a server-side OpenAI-compatible inference API using the gpt-4o-mini model. Those helpers receive only CPD activity text or publicly available journal text that you submit. They never receive Gmail tokens, mailbox content, Google profile data, or other Workspace/Photos API user data.

PharmOS does not operate a self-hosted copy of a provider model that would otherwise train on user data. Google user data is processed only by PharmOS and Google as described in our privacy policy.
