Terms of service
Last updated 9 October 2026
These terms govern your use of PharmOS (the "Service"), operated for pharmacists and other registered health practitioners in Australia. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
The Service
PharmOS provides practice tools such as invoicing, compliance document storage, CPD records, expenses, and an optional peer directory. You may use the Service through our website, web app, and mobile apps. Mobile apps may store a local copy of your data for offline use and sync with your account when you are online. Features may change over time. We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Your account
You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You must be legally permitted to use the Service in your jurisdiction and profession.
Your content and conduct
You retain ownership of the data you upload or create. You grant us the rights needed to host, back up, and display that data solely to operate the Service for you. You must not use the Service unlawfully, to send spam, or to infringe others' rights. You are responsible for invoices, emails, and documents you generate or send through the Service.
Email and third-party sign-in
If you connect Gmail, Microsoft, or other providers to send invoice email, you authorise us to store credentials or tokens needed to send mail on your behalf, subject to our privacy policy. Gmail access is send-only (gmail.send) plus your email address; we do not read your inbox. Your use of those providers is also subject to their terms and policies, including Google's API Services User Data Policy and our Google API disclosure. You can disconnect integrated accounts in Settings at any time.
Share links
Share links you create may allow anyone with the link to view the content you selected until you revoke the link. Do not share sensitive information more widely than you intend.
Disclaimer
The Service is a general practice tool, not legal, tax, or clinical advice. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or AUD $100 if you use a free tier).
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if required for security or legal reasons.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the revised version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
